ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how sharing personal stories about mental health struggles through digital formats, like videos, can help people feel more empathy and compassion towards others. The goal is to understand how these shared experiences can create connections and foster kindness in society, especially regarding those who suffer from mental disorders. By exploring these digital narratives, the researchers aim to see if they can change the way people view mental illness and reduce stigma.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 35 years old and not currently in a hospital. If you join, you will have the chance to create and share your own digital story about your experiences. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and it's open to everyone regardless of gender. This study is important because it looks at how personal storytelling can help people heal and encourage a supportive community around mental health issues.
