ClinConnect Summary
The Happy Families Project is a study that aims to help families improve their communication and resolve conflicts better. This program is designed to support the mental health of both children and their caregivers by teaching them useful skills to handle disagreements in a healthier way.
To participate, families need to have two parents or primary caregivers and a child aged between 4 and 17 years old. It's important that the family can communicate in English and is willing to join the study for a full year, which includes follow-up assessments to see how things are going. Unfortunately, single-parent families are not eligible for this study. If your family meets these criteria, you could gain valuable tools to enhance your family dynamics and promote better mental health for everyone involved.
