ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) can help people manage different types of chronic pain. The researchers want to understand which patients are likely to benefit the most from this approach, as chronic pain can have various underlying causes. By looking at how patients respond to mindfulness techniques, they hope to tailor treatments more effectively for each individual.
To participate, you must be 18 years or older and experience chronic pain, but it cannot be related to cancer. Unfortunately, those who cannot communicate in English or have significant visual or hearing issues will not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to learn mindfulness strategies that may help reduce your pain and improve your quality of life. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and everyone, regardless of gender, is welcome to apply.
