ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how well a treatment combining a medication called abemaciclib with hormone therapy works for patients with a specific type of advanced breast cancer, known as HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. Researchers want to understand the real-life results and any side effects patients may experience while on this treatment. The study is currently recruiting participants, and anyone aged 18 or older who has been diagnosed with this type of breast cancer and has been treated with abemaciclib for at least two months might be eligible to join.

If you participate in this trial, you can expect to share information about your health and treatment experiences, which will help researchers learn more about the effectiveness and safety of this combination therapy. The trial is open to all genders and welcomes patients regardless of their menopausal status. This study is being conducted through specific oncology departments that are part of the Hellenic Cooperative Oncology Group, which ensures that the care and oversight meet high standards.
