Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Prima parous females, eight weeks post-partum.
- • Females with both vaginal delivery and C section.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Females who received previous abdominal or spinal surgeries.
- • Females having infection in sutures.
- • Females having abdominal hernia, skin sensitivity
- • Females having moderate to severe Diastasis Recti (IRD more than 3 finger width).
- • Neurological impairment affecting muscle performance.
