ClinConnect Summary
The COMORAL® Clinical Trial is studying a new device designed to help clean teeth and remove plaque, which can cause gum disease and cavities. In this trial, 42 healthy adults will participate, divided into two groups: one will use the COMORAL® device, while the other will not. Before starting the trial, all participants will receive a dental cleaning to establish a baseline for their oral health. Over the next four weeks, everyone in the trial will brush their teeth once a day, but only the group using the COMORAL® device will also use it three times a day during the week.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be healthy adults aged 18 to 25, have at least three natural teeth in each quadrant of their mouth, and be able to sign the consent form. People with dental problems, such as cavities or gum disease, will not be able to join. Throughout the trial, participants will have their oral health checked at different visits to see how well the COMORAL® device works in improving their dental health. This trial aims to find out if using the device is safe and effective for keeping teeth and gums healthy.
