ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a special program designed to help parents who are dealing with a serious type of cancer called metastatic or locally recurrent solid tumors. The program aims to support parents in managing their parenting challenges, improve communication with their children about the cancer, and enhance the overall mental wellbeing of parents. If you are a parent diagnosed with this kind of cancer, you might find this support beneficial.
To participate in the study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have at least one child aged 4 to 12 living with you. You will also need to have a partner who helps you care for your children and is willing to join the study. Participants will be able to share their experiences and receive support, which may help them feel less stressed about parenting during this difficult time. The trial is currently looking for participants, and it's important to know that only English speakers with internet access can join.
