ClinConnect Summary
The KANOPEE trial is exploring how a free smartphone app can help people manage mental health issues such as stress, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. The app offers tools to assess mental well-being and provides personalized digital interventions designed to reduce stress and improve sleep and daily behaviors. The goal is to see how effective KANOPEE is for users in France who experience psychological stress.
To take part in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a smartphone (either Android or iPhone), and be located in France. You’ll also need to download the app and agree to participate. Once involved, you can expect to engage with the app over time, using its features to help manage your mental health. It's important to note that this app is not meant for emergencies, so if you're in urgent need of help, you should seek immediate support elsewhere.
