They should not have any serious health issues that would prevent them from receiving specific treatments used in the study, such as thymoglobuline, which helps to prepare the immune system. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as those with certain infections or cancers, cannot participate. Participants can expect to undergo a series of treatments and monitoring after their kidney transplant to see if the new approach works for them.

• Inclusion Criteria:

• • Matched siblings
• • No contra-indication to thymoglobuline or total lymphoid irradiation
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Pregnant women or breast feeding
• • Infection with HIV, HBV or HCV
• • Previous or presnt malignancy
