ClinConnect Summary
The Adult Tic Disorders Registry is a clinical trial designed to better understand tic disorders, which are conditions that cause sudden, repetitive movements or sounds. This study will focus on how tic severity—meaning how intense or frequent the tics are—affects daily life for both women and men. Researchers hope to gather important information that can help improve treatment and support for people with these disorders.
To participate in this study, you need to be over 18 years old and have a tic disorder. Unfortunately, if you don’t have a connection to the French health social insurance system or have significant congenital disorders that may hinder your understanding of the assessments, you may not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to share information about your condition, which will contribute to a better understanding of tic disorders and help others in the future.
