ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of physical training on patients who have developed a condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) after having Covid-19. POTS can cause symptoms like dizziness and fatigue when standing up, which can significantly impact daily life. The trial aims to see if a specially designed exercise program can help improve physical activity levels and overall quality of life for these patients.
To be eligible for the study, participants must be adults over 18 years old who have been diagnosed with POTS following Covid-19. During the trial, participants will take part in a 12-week exercise program, attending sessions three times a week. Before and after this program, researchers will measure various factors like physical ability and mental well-being to evaluate the program's effectiveness. Additionally, participants will share their personal experiences through interviews, helping to understand how the training impacts their lives.
