This clinical trial is studying the success and survival rates of Zirconia dental implants compared to traditional Titanium implants. Zirconia implants are a newer type of dental implant made from a ceramic material that may offer benefits in appearance and comfort. The trial is currently recruiting participants aged 18 and older who need a dental implant to replace a missing tooth, as long as their dental situation does not require extensive surgery beforehand.

To be eligible for the trial, participants must be in good health, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and should not have certain conditions like uncontrolled diabetes or active gum disease. Those who join the study will have the chance to receive a Zirconia dental implant and will be monitored to see how well it works over time. This research aims to help improve dental implant options for everyone, so participating could contribute to important advancements in dental care.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Subject must have voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
• • Male or female patient aged ≥18 Years old.
• • Replacing a missing tooth by use of implant supported restoration in implantation sites that do not require extensive augmentation procedure.
• • Good primary implant stability at implant placement (35N and more).
• • Compliance with study schedules and arrival at study visits.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Pregnant or lactating women.
• • Imbalance diabetes.
• • Head and neck rediation therapy.
• • Active Periodontal disease and caries.
• • Patient in need of tooth extraction and immediat implantation.
