ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying ways to improve healthcare providers' knowledge and communication skills about the human papillomavirus (HPV) and its vaccine. The goal is to help these providers better educate their patients, which we hope will reduce hesitancy and encourage more people to get vaccinated against HPV. The trial is focused on healthcare providers working in the El Paso U.S.-Mexico Border Region, and it is currently recruiting participants.
To be eligible for this study, healthcare providers must be currently working or training in the El Paso area and have the authority to recommend or give the HPV vaccine. This includes medical students, residents, and practicing professionals. Participants can expect to take part in educational sessions and follow-up activities to enhance their skills. It's important to note that those not affiliated with the El Paso region or who have participated in earlier phases of the research will not be able to join. Overall, this trial aims to empower healthcare providers to better support their communities in preventing HPV-related health issues.
