ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new app called SavvyHealth, designed to help people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) manage their health more effectively. The goal is to see how well this app works for individuals diagnosed with MS by providing them with personalized health information and support.
To participate in the trial, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a diagnosis of MS, and have one other health condition that can be assessed using a simple questionnaire. Participants will be asked to use the app for 21 days and complete a survey about their experience. The trial is currently looking for volunteers of all genders, aged 65 to 74. If you join, you may be assigned to either the group using the app or a control group that does not use it.
