ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new robotic rehabilitation device called SynPhNe, which aims to help stroke patients improve their hand motor function. Stroke often leads to difficulties with movement, and many patients struggle to regain full use of their arms. The trial will compare the effects of using the SynPhNe device alongside regular therapy versus just the regular therapy alone. Researchers want to see if the device can be used with less supervision and if it can provide better results for patients recovering from stroke.

To be eligible for the study, participants must have had a stroke within the last four months and be between the ages of 21 and 90. They should be able to move at least two fingers in their affected hand. Throughout the trial, participants will use the device, and researchers will monitor their progress as well as gather feedback on how helpful and easy to use the device is. The goal is to find out if this robotic system can make rehabilitation more effective and cost-efficient for stroke patients.
