ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new device called the CONVIVO system, which is used during brain tumor surgeries to help doctors see the difference between healthy and unhealthy tissue in real time. The goal is to see how well the images taken by this device match the traditional method of examining tissue samples under a microscope. Researchers believe that the CONVIVO system will provide accurate information that can help guide the surgery more effectively.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult over 18 years old and have a suspected brain tumor, such as glioblastoma or other types of tumors like meningiomas or pituitary adenomas. You'll also need to be able to give your consent to take part in the trial. If you join, you can expect to have the CONVIVO system used during your surgery, and your results will help researchers understand how useful this technology is for future patients. Please note that pregnant individuals and children are not eligible for this trial.
