1. INTRODUCTION Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a condition in which physical, psychological and emotional symptoms related to the menstrual cycle of women are seen together. These symptoms experienced by many women occur before menstruation and disappear with menstrual bleeding. - Exclusion Criteria:
- • have a chronic illness
- • have been on a diet in the last 3 months
