It’s important to note that only patients with acute diverticulitis will be included, and those with other causes of abdominal pain will not be eligible. • • all patients with acute diverticulitis (K57) in Finland and in two hospitals
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • other reasons for acute or chronic abdominal pain
