ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how hot flashes during menopause might be linked to heart health issues in women. Researchers believe that the way our blood vessels and nerves work together could explain why women who have hot flashes are at a higher risk for conditions like high blood pressure and other heart diseases. By understanding this connection better, the study hopes to improve health outcomes for women experiencing these symptoms.

To participate in this trial, women aged between 14 and 21 who do not smoke, are not obese, and have at least one ovary can apply. It's important that participants do not have any existing heart disease and are not taking medications that affect heart function. There are no specific exclusions, so if you meet the criteria, you may be eligible to join. Participants will be helping to uncover important information that could benefit women's health, particularly regarding managing hot flashes and preventing cardiovascular issues.
