ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the Research Framework Exploring Sleep Health, is looking into how sleep affects our overall health, particularly focusing on issues like sleep apnea, obesity, and mood. The study involves using digital activity trackers to gather data on participants' sleep patterns and daily activities. Participants will also answer surveys about their health and sleep habits at the beginning of the study and every two weeks to monitor their sleep quality and mood changes.
To join this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. You should also be able to use the REFRESH app on your smartphone. If you can’t provide consent for participation, you won’t be eligible. If you join, you can expect to share your sleep and activity data and provide feedback on how you're feeling over time. This research aims to help us understand the connections between sleep and both physical and mental health in a larger group of people who use activity trackers.
