ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new smartphone program called the Mobile Application to Prevent Suicide (MAPS). The goal is to see if this app can help people who have thoughts of suicide or have harmed themselves in the past month. The researchers want to find out if the app is easy to use, if people find it helpful, and if it can keep them safe from suicidal thoughts or behaviors.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 70 years old, have had thoughts of suicide or attempted it in the past month, and own a smartphone. You should also be able to read and understand English well enough to follow the study instructions. If you have severe mental health symptoms that make it hard to complete the study tasks, you might not be eligible. Participants will use the MAPS app and share their experiences, helping researchers learn more about how technology can support mental health.
