ClinConnect Summary
The EDEN study is a clinical trial designed to improve the quality and comfort of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) exams for people, whether they are healthy or have a medical condition. The goal is to test new methods and techniques that could make MRI experiences better for everyone involved. The study is currently looking for participants aged 18 and older who are willing to volunteer and have been evaluated by a doctor beforehand. Those with certain health conditions may also be included if their condition affects the MRI results.
If you decide to participate, you will undergo an MRI exam, and the researchers will monitor how these new methods improve your experience. It's important to know that there are some exclusions; for example, if you have a medical device implanted in your body, are pregnant, or have severe anxiety about enclosed spaces, you may not be able to join. Additionally, if any unexpected findings arise during the MRI, you should be aware that you may not receive further information unless you consent to it. Overall, this trial offers a chance to contribute to advancements in medical imaging while ensuring your comfort and safety are prioritized.
