ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called the CNS Qualitative Interview, is focused on understanding the thoughts and feelings of patients with central nervous system (CNS) cancer and their families when it comes to making decisions about treatment and joining clinical trials. The researchers want to learn what factors influence these important choices, especially for those who are newly diagnosed or facing a recurrence of their cancer.
To participate, you can be either a parent or caregiver of a child or young adult receiving treatment at Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO) or an adult patient aged 18 or older with a new or recurring CNS tumor. If you join the study, you can expect to share your experiences and opinions in interviews, which will help the researchers gain valuable insights into the decision-making process for cancer treatment. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome, regardless of gender. Your contribution could help improve the care and support provided to patients and their families in the future.
