ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how satisfied patients are with their care at various Methodist hospitals and clinics that specialize in neurosurgery. Researchers will review surveys filled out by patients between January 1, 2016, and December 31, 2020, to see how experiences in the hospital compare to those in outpatient (ambulatory) settings. The goal is to understand any connections between patient satisfaction scores from both settings.

To participate in this study, individuals need to be at least 18 years old and have completed a patient satisfaction survey related to their experience with a neurosurgeon at one of the Methodist hospitals or clinics during the specified time frame. If you choose to take part, you won’t need to do anything extra besides allowing researchers to use your survey responses. This study is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to improve the quality of care for future patients by learning from past experiences.
