This clinical trial is looking at the safety and effectiveness of a range of medical devices called SYMBOL, which are used during total hip replacement surgery. The study will follow patients for up to 10 years to see how well these devices work for people with various hip problems, such as arthritis or fractures.
To participate, you need to be over 18 years old and scheduled for a total hip replacement surgery that uses at least one SYMBOL device. You should also be comfortable reading, writing, and understanding French. If you decide to join the study, you'll be informed about what to expect, and your progress will be monitored throughout the trial. It's important to know that people who have been previously included in the study or those who cannot follow the study procedures won't be eligible to participate.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Patient age \> 18 years at implantation.
- • Patient who will undergo, during the study's period of inclusion, a total hip arthroplasty (primary or revision) with at least one SYMBOL medical device (DEDIENNE Santé).
- • Patient informed of his/her participation and willing to participate in the study.
- • Patient able to read, write and understand French.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Patient deprived of freedom, under guardianship/curatorship or placed under judicial protection
- • Patient unable to follow study procedures.
- • Patient who has already been included in the study for a total hip arthroplasty (primary or revision) with at least one SYMBOL medical device.
