Pulsed Ultrasound Nerve Conduction Parameters.

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how different doses of ultrasound therapy can affect the way the median nerve functions. The median nerve is important for feeling and moving parts of the hand. Researchers want to see if using ultrasound therapy can improve nerve performance in healthy individuals. The study is currently recruiting participants aged 18 to 24 years, and they are looking for 60 volunteers who are in good health and don’t have any medical history that could affect the upper limbs.

If you are interested in participating, you should be generally healthy, meaning you don’t have conditions like diabetes, nerve damage, or previous surgeries on the nerves in your arms. Participants will receive ultrasound treatment, and the study will monitor how it affects their nerve function. This is a great opportunity to help researchers learn more about nerve health, and it could potentially benefit others with similar conditions in the future.
