ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding systemic autoimmune diseases, such as lupus, scleroderma, myositis, and vasculitis. The goal is to collect biological samples from patients to help scientists and doctors identify new markers in the blood that can lead to better treatments for these conditions. By gathering this information, researchers hope to find innovative therapeutic strategies that could improve patient care.
To participate in this trial, you need to have a rare systemic autoimmune disease or an unusual presentation of one, and you should be open to trying new therapies, such as new medications or gene therapies. Unfortunately, if you have anemia (low hemoglobin levels), are under legal guardianship, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, you won't be eligible to join. If you do participate, you can expect to provide some samples and contribute to important research that could benefit many people facing these challenging diseases.
