ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how different types of time cues, specifically light exposure and meal timing, can help reset our body’s internal clock, known as circadian rhythms. This is important because our circadian rhythms affect things like sleep patterns and metabolism. The researchers want to find out whether light or the timing of meals is more effective in adjusting these rhythms.

To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 30 years old, healthy, and not have any major medical or sleep disorders. You should also be a non-smoker and able to keep a consistent sleep schedule for eight hours during the trial. Participants will need to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and certain medications during the study. If you meet these criteria, you can expect to take part in activities that will help the researchers understand how light and meal timing affect your body’s rhythms. It's a chance to contribute to important research on how our bodies work and potentially improve health outcomes for others.
