ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how two treatments, tibolone and a combination of estradiol valerate (E2V) and medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA), affect various health issues in women going through menopause. Specifically, the study looks at how these treatments impact overactive bladder symptoms, sexual function, heart health, sleep quality, and feelings of depression. The goal is to see which treatment works better for these symptoms.
To participate in this trial, women must be over 20 years old, experiencing menopausal symptoms, and still have a uterus. They should not have a history of breast or other cancers, nor any serious vascular diseases like stroke. If you join the study, you can expect to receive one of the treatments and have your symptoms monitored closely. The trial is currently recruiting participants, so this is a chance to contribute to important research that may help many women with similar health concerns.
