ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at two different ways to provide support to adults with cancer, especially those nearing the end of life. One approach uses technology to deliver care, while the other focuses on a team of healthcare providers working together to support patients. The goal is to find out which method is more effective in helping patients manage their cancer care.

To join this study, you need to have recently been diagnosed with a solid tumor cancer or a blood cancer, and you should be able to understand and agree to participate. You'll also need to speak either English or Spanish. If you decide to participate, you'll have the chance to receive one of the two types of supportive care and see how it impacts your experience with cancer treatment. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and it's important to know that this study is for all adults aged 70 and older.
