To participate in the study, you must be at least 18 years old and have experienced a specific type of brain injury within the last eight hours. Your injury should not be life-threatening, and you should have a score above 8 on a scale used to assess brain function. Unfortunately, some people may not be eligible, including those who are pregnant, in cardiac arrest, or have certain medical conditions like kidney failure. Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Isolated traumatic brain injury patients (mild or moderate cases)
• • GCS \> 8
• • non penetrating TBI in 8 hours onset
• • Age ≥ 18 years
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Patient in cardiac arrest
• • Patients with coagulopathies
• • Renal failure patients
• • pregnancy
• • Patient refusal to participate
