ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how certain support programs can help informal caregivers of individuals with dementia. Informal caregivers are usually family members or close friends who provide care without being paid. The goal is to see if these evidence-based interventions can reduce feelings of stress, grief, and burden that caregivers often experience while looking after their loved ones.
To participate, you need to be an informal caregiver of someone with dementia, aged between 18 and 89 years, and able to read, write, and speak in English. Unfortunately, if you are a paid caregiver or have any cognitive challenges yourself, you won’t be eligible for this trial. If you join, you can expect to receive support and resources aimed at improving your mental health and well-being while caring for your loved one. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so it’s a great opportunity to get involved and receive help.
