ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into a tool called the MAINTAIN instrument, which helps identify patients with recurrent back and neck pain who might benefit from ongoing chiropractic care. Previous studies suggest that patients who fit certain profiles may experience fewer days of pain when they receive maintenance treatment from a chiropractor. By using the MAINTAIN instrument, this trial aims to improve how patients with back and neck pain are cared for, making their treatment more personalized and effective.
To participate in this study, you need to have experienced significant spinal pain (like neck or back pain) that has lasted more than 30 days in the past year, but you shouldn't have had any pain in the last three months. You also need access to a mobile phone and email, as communication will be done through text messages. However, this trial is not for everyone; those who are pregnant, have serious health issues, or specific spinal conditions may not be eligible. If you join, you can expect to receive tailored chiropractic care based on the findings from the MAINTAIN instrument, helping you manage your pain more effectively.
