This clinical trial is focused on helping Alaska Native youth who are experiencing thoughts of suicide or have attempted suicide. The study aims to provide two different support programs online for young people aged 14 to 24 who have been hospitalized due to suicide attempts, suicidal thoughts, or related issues like alcohol use. By participating in this trial, young people will have the chance to receive important help and resources to improve their mental health and well-being.
To be eligible for this study, participants must identify as Alaska Native and be between the ages of 14 and 24. They should also have been admitted to the hospital for suicide-related reasons, including attempts or thoughts, and issues with alcohol. If someone decides to join the study, they will participate in virtual interventions designed to support them during a difficult time. - • Between the ages of 14 and 24
- • Admitted to the hospital for suicide attempt, ideation, or associated risk behaviors including alcohol-related injury or acute intoxication
