ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new system that continuously monitors patients' vital signs, like heart rate and breathing, using wireless technology. The goal is to see how well this system works in hospitals, especially for patients who are at risk for serious health problems after surgery or due to conditions like lung disease, blood disorders, cancer, heart issues, or infections. Researchers want to find out if patients are monitored effectively and if the healthcare staff are satisfied with the system from the beginning to the end of the trial.
To participate in the study, individuals must be adults aged 18 or older who have been identified by medical staff as being at risk for health complications. However, certain patients may not be eligible, such as those who may not cooperate, those with allergies to specific materials used in the monitoring devices, or those with certain heart devices like pacemakers. Participants will be monitored closely, and their vital signs will be tracked in real-time, which could help doctors respond quickly if any issues arise. This study is currently recruiting participants who fit these criteria.
