ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how a short mindfulness exercise can help people dealing with chronic pain in Ukraine. Participants will compare a 15-minute mindfulness session, which focuses on relaxation and being present in the moment, with the usual care they receive at a pain clinic. The goal is to see if this brief intervention can improve their pain management and overall well-being.

To participate, individuals must be between 65 and 74 years old and have a doctor-confirmed diagnosis of chronic pain. However, those with significant cognitive issues or other serious health conditions that might affect their ability to take part in the study will not be included. If eligible, participants can expect to take part in this mindfulness session and share their experiences, helping to contribute to our understanding of managing chronic pain effectively.
