ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into how health promotion programs can improve patient satisfaction with primary health care services. Researchers want to see if these programs make patients feel happier and more satisfied with the care they receive. To gather information, they will use questionnaires, which are just a set of questions that participants will answer.
To be eligible for the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old, able to read and write in Chinese, and own a smartphone that they know how to use, especially the app WeChat. Additionally, participants should be able to think clearly and communicate well to complete the questionnaire. However, people with certain mental health issues, serious cognitive problems, or severe illnesses that prevent them from participating will not be included in the trial. If you decide to join, you can expect to share your thoughts and experiences regarding health care, helping researchers understand how to improve services for everyone.
