ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how effective a cardiac rehabilitation program is for elderly patients with heart failure. The program aims to improve patients' physical abilities and overall heart function over 12 weeks. Researchers will also look at different ways to measure patients' progress, including tests that assess their movement and heart health. The goal is to see if this program helps patients feel better and perform daily activities more easily.

To be eligible for the study, participants need to be at least 70 years old and diagnosed with heart failure. They should be stable in their condition and able to complete questionnaires and physical tasks. Participants will undergo testing at the beginning, after three months, and again after six months to track their progress. It’s important to note that those with severe heart issues or certain cognitive challenges will not be included in the study. If you or a loved one meets these criteria, this trial could be a valuable opportunity to improve heart health and physical function.
