ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether a specific supplement called "Power Prenatal for Sperm" can improve sperm quality in men who are experiencing infertility. Fertility issues in men can often be linked to problems with sperm count, movement, or shape, which can be identified through a semen analysis. The researchers believe that taking this supplement for 90 days may help improve these sperm quality issues.
To participate in this trial, men aged 18 to 45 who are struggling with infertility and have had a recent semen analysis showing low sperm count, motility (movement), or morphology (shape) may be eligible. Participants will need to avoid certain supplements, particularly antioxidants, for a few months before joining. Throughout the study, participants will provide semen samples before and after taking the supplement to see if there are any improvements in their sperm quality. This trial represents a potential opportunity for men looking for ways to enhance their fertility in a straightforward manner.
