This clinical trial is looking at how patients manage their acute pain using over-the-counter pain relief medications before seeing their general practitioner (GP). The study aims to understand what types of pain relief people use and how effective these are while they wait for a consultation. It's open to adults aged 65 to 74 who have been experiencing acute pain for less than three months and do not have any issues with understanding information.
If you participate in this study, you will share your experiences with pain management and the use of pain relief medications. To be eligible, you need to be able to understand French and not have any legal restrictions that could prevent you from participating. This study is currently recruiting participants in the Rhône-Alpes region, and by joining, you will help researchers learn more about how people cope with acute pain in everyday situations.

- Inclusion Criteria:
- • adult patient
- • without cognitive impairment
- • having acute pain for less than 3 months
- • Consultant to the practices participating to the study.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Patients who do not understand French
- • Patients protected by law
