ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying movement disorders, which are conditions that cause unusual movements in the body, such as shaking or slow motions. The goal is to understand how these disorders develop in both individuals and their family members, which could help improve treatments in the future. The study is looking for children and adults aged 2 and older who have a movement disorder or have a family member with one.

Participants will visit the NIH clinic for a single appointment where they'll have a physical exam and may undergo some tests, like blood tests and imaging scans, to help researchers learn more about their condition. Family members may also participate and will undergo some similar tests. It's important to note that participants will not receive any new treatments during this study. The researchers hope to include up to 4,000 people in this study to gather valuable information.
