ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is testing a new way to help people manage chronic migraines through lifestyle changes. Chronic migraines are severe headaches that occur frequently and can significantly affect daily life. The study will see if a specific plan focusing on behavior and lifestyle changes can help reduce the number of migraines and improve overall well-being. Researchers will also look at certain biological markers in the body to understand why some people respond better to these changes than others.
To participate in this study, individuals must be at least 18 years old and have experienced chronic migraines for at least one year. Those with other types of headache disorders, children under 18, or women who are currently pregnant cannot join the study. Participants will be asked to follow the lifestyle behavior protocol and share their experiences, which will help shape future research on treating chronic migraines. This study is currently looking for volunteers, so if you or someone you know fits the criteria, this could be a great opportunity to contribute to migraine research.
