ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at the lifestyle habits of women who have just been diagnosed with heart failure, a condition where the heart has trouble pumping blood effectively. The researchers want to understand how these women are managing their physical activity, how much time they spend being inactive, their sleep patterns, and their overall quality of life. They also want to learn about any challenges or supports that influence these lifestyle choices. This study is important because women are often left out of heart failure research, and their experiences can be different from men's.

To be eligible for this study, you must be a woman aged between 65 and 74 who has recently been diagnosed with heart failure and can walk and do daily activities on your own. You should be willing to monitor your physical activity and have the option to participate in an interview about your experiences, although this is not required. If you join the study, you can expect to share information about your daily habits and help researchers learn more about how to support women with heart failure better. Your participation could help improve treatment and support for future patients.
