• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Pediatric patients undergoing thoracic surgery
• • American Society of Anesthesiology Class 1-2-3
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Denial of patients or parents
• • Coagulopathy
• • With preexisting cardiac dysfunction
• • Wtih history of renal and/or hepatic dysfunction
