ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring a new way to help hospital staff manage work-related stress using techniques called sophrology and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). Sophrology involves breathing exercises and mental imagery to promote relaxation and well-being, while NLP focuses on improving communication and self-awareness. The goal of the study is to see if these methods can reduce stress and improve overall well-being for healthcare workers and non-healthcare staff in a hospital setting.

To participate in the trial, you must be a hospital worker aged 18 to 65 who experiences significant stress, measured on a simple scale. Participants will engage in the sophrology and NLP sessions and share their experiences through questionnaires. The study will also monitor physical health indicators, although any serious health issues found during the trial will not be covered by the study’s insurance. This research aims to provide valuable insights into how these techniques can help those facing high levels of stress at work.
