ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on creating a new questionnaire to help measure how well adolescents with spinal deformities, like scoliosis, stick to their prescribed physiotherapy exercises at home. The goal is to develop a tool that accurately captures both the quality and quantity of these exercises, making it easier for healthcare providers to understand how well patients are following their treatment plans.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be between 10 and 18 years old and diagnosed with specific types of spinal deformities, such as adolescent idiopathic scoliosis or Scheuermann's kyphosis. It's important that they have a prescription for specific exercises related to their condition. During the trial, participants will complete the new questionnaire, which aims to provide better insights into their adherence to the exercise program. This can ultimately help improve treatment outcomes for young patients with spinal issues.
