ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new approach to help people with Adjustment Disorders, which are difficulties in coping with changes or stressful life events. The treatment combines an online program that you can use on your own, along with video sessions with a therapist. The goal is to see how well this blended method works and how satisfied participants are with it.
To participate in the study, you need to be at least 18 years old, be diagnosed with Adjustment Disorder, and meet certain scoring criteria on a specific assessment tool. You should also be able to read and understand Spanish, use a computer, and have internet access. Unfortunately, if you are experiencing severe mental health issues, such as thoughts of self-harm or other serious disorders, you won't be eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to engage with both the online program and a therapist, helping you manage your adjustment challenges in a supportive way.
