ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how cardiac rehabilitation programs can improve sleep quality and duration for patients who have recently undergone coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Essentially, the study wants to find out if participating in a structured rehabilitation program can help these patients sleep better and longer, which is important for their overall recovery and health.
To join this trial, participants need to be between 40 and 80 years old, have had CABG surgery, and have a certain score indicating sleep problems (specifically, a score higher than 5 on a sleep quality test). They should also be physically able to follow instructions and complete the study evaluations. However, people with sleep apnea, substance dependence issues, certain mental health conditions, or unstable heart problems cannot participate. If eligible, participants can expect to engage in rehabilitation activities designed to support their recovery and potentially improve their sleep.
