ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a method to select sperm based on gender, which can help couples who are undergoing infertility treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intrauterine insemination (IUI) have a child of a specific gender. The trial aims to identify and select X-bearing or Y-bearing sperm cells, which will then be used for the fertilization process. This technique can be helpful for couples who have specific gender preferences for medical or personal reasons.
To participate in this study, couples must be undergoing infertility treatments and seeking to have a child of a specific gender. However, couples facing severe male infertility issues are not eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to work with professionals who will guide you through the process of selecting sperm and using it for your fertility treatment. The study is currently recruiting participants, and it includes individuals of all genders aged 18 and older.
