ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is designed to find better ways to help people with spinal cord injuries or brain injuries get back to work after their rehabilitation. The study will compare two different methods of providing support and services to see which one works best for helping individuals find and keep jobs. This is important because many people with these injuries want to return to work, but it can be challenging without the right guidance and support.
To be part of this trial, participants need to be adults aged 18 to 62 who are living in New Jersey and have recently been admitted to the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation due to a spinal cord or brain injury. They should be receiving inpatient care at KIR and plan to live in the community after they leave. If eligible, participants can expect to receive tailored support aimed at improving their job prospects, and their experiences will help shape future employment services for others in similar situations. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to make a positive impact on the lives of people with these injuries.
